Feedback is one of the most powerful ways to know how a person's behaviour and actions impact others in the organization.

Traditional systems of feedback have always been hierarchical one way processes where the flow of data and feedback has been top-down. With organizational structures and processes changing the world over, and with an increasing awareness of the need for external and internal customer orientation, companies are now looking at newer and better systems of development of people. The 360 degree feedback process is a way towards this.

The 360 degree Feedback is a process for self development based on eliciting feedback about a person's behaviour, actions and performance from people with whom the individual interacts regularly. A person in an organization interacts with many people not just the boss. The 360 degree feedback mechanism ensures a fair & balanced assessment of the individual emerges.

The 360degree feedback is a process of assessment, performance evaluation and discussion of performance. It is a process of enhancing self & organizational effectiveness through getting feedback, collating it and feeding it to the person and ensuring that adjustments are made
