Good Work Centre (a business unit of Pragati) was started in 1989 with a view to enable the youth to get in touch and operate out of their natural strengths and real interests. We facilitate the unfolding of talents and capabilities of young students and help them find the work they love. We believe that a more aware and deeply connected youth will help create a brighter global community. Good Work Centre has been merged with Pragati Leadership Institute.

Creative Career Transitions

The need:

Often people find themselves at the cross roads of their careers. They have been either performing in the same role for a long time or the job no longer excites them and hence need to relook at their careers.

If people could align themselves to the Organizational vision, it could create wonders.

To cater to this need Pragati offers a 2 Day workshop facilitating and helping people find creative career transitions.

Objective:
