Pragati’s strength is drawn from the 23 years of experience in the field of breaking new grounds in the realm of Wholesome Leadership and Learning. We have a wealth of practical experience in the field of leadership development,coaching, development of facilitators and developing customized learning solutions for organisations.

Our Board Members, Consultants, and Team Members have a collective experience of four hundred and seventy years of leadership positions in Industry. Our team of researchers, consultants and trainers includes 2 PhDs, Certified Trainers and Coaches, 7 former CEOs and MDs of large multinational organizations.
