Pragati Leadership Institute Pvt Ltd (PLI) came into existence twenty two years ago with the aim to awaken people to their full potential so that they can be joyfully effective at work. Its forte being in corporate training, PLI through the practice of Wholesome Leadership Development process and other training workshops has touched and stirred the lives of thousands of people.

Over 550 organizations spanning 19 countries and 15 industrial sectors have benefited from our Wholesome Leadership approach. Our customer list carries the largest names in Manufacturing, Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Oil, IT & ITES, Retail operations, Telecom and Consumer Goods worldwide. Many of these customers continue to rely on Pragati for developing their key resource to full leadership potential.

Our holistic approach constantly and uniquely blends the Eastern spiritual wisdom of Zen, Tao, Yoga, meditation and inner awakening with the Western approaches of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Learning organizations, Open space Technology, etc.

We exist to facilitate inspired and wholesome leadership development in individuals and organizations. We do this by creating and delivering effective learning products that are well researched, simple and inspiring.

Our logo, affectionately called "The Bhooma", captures the essence of our work….facilitating the expansion of Love. Bhooma in Sanskrit means 'Perfect' or 'Whole'. It also represents an expansion of Learning, Peace, Prosperity and Health in alignment with the Laws Of Life.

As we move forward on the evolving journey of life, we outlive earlier stages. We evolve into more inclusive, more expansive and still more wholesome modes of living and working. These higher levels of evolution are based on more expanded consciousness, and still more joy, energy, enthusiasm and peace. They are accompanied by a still greater contribution to the well being of others. As we serve more, our capacities expand. As our capacities expand, our joy expands.

We believe that wholesomeness ripples outwards from people to organizations and communities, to society and then the world at large. It is all one unified movement of unfolding Love... always abundant and blissful in Essence.
