Programme Objective: This three day programme is for trainers with 5 to 6 years of experience in training/facilitation and who have attended any Train the Trainer programme earlier. For an organization to keep growing in today's ever-changing environment, it is important to have trainers and facilitators to facilitate change and steer people to greater heights of excellence. Pragati with its 20 years of experience in this field brings to you this unique offering of Advanced Facilitation.

This programme is aimed at enabling experienced facilitators to move from a space of 'doing' and 'enabling' to a space of 'being'. It is aimed at awakening the highest truth in our lives so that we as facilitators can act as pure channels of life's own healing and evolving energy. It is aimed as much towards personal transformation as it is towards facilitating the transformation of other people. Its outcome will be a more creative, inspiring and effective process of facilitation flowing naturally from the integrity and compassion of the facilitator.
