Anand Lobo

A Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University, Anand went on to do his Post Graduation in Marketing Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.

During his Corporate Tenure as a Branch Manager and later on as a National Sales Manager, he has Recruited & Trained Sales Teams, Tapped New Markets & Client Groups and devised Marketing Strategies. His experience is spread over a variety of industries, from fire safety equipment to swimming pools. His short stint with H & F S India also exposed him to the working of the Hospitality industry in a big way.

Anand has a lot of exposure and experience in Corporate Training especially in the areas of attitudes and selling skills. Over his various assignments, successful teams have been built, trained and held together, despite competitive environments. As an Associate with Pragati he brings in a lot of richness and value to his workshops. Since Man - Management and Mentoring are his forte he also functions as the CEO for the J.B. Ludhani Group of Schools.

Extremely sensitive to people’s needs and feelings he is a natural encourager and a motivator. Equipped with tremendous interpersonal skills he loves people and thrives in an environment that requires him to interact with them.

He draws immense inspiration from the Bible which has helped him mould his attitudes and perceptions.
