Anu Wakhlu

Anu Wakhlu is the Co-founder Director of Pragati Leadership Institute Pvt. Ltd. and Executive Director of Foundation. She has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Leadership Development, Training and Consultancy in HRD and creating Learning Packages.

Other than Leadership Development, she has facilitated programmes in areas of Team Building Skills, Training of Trainers and Values & Vision for many leading Indian organisations like HDFC, Castrol, Tata AIG, Voltas, BP International, ICICI prudential, etc and many International assignments like CGIAR (Egypt, Italy, Sri Lanka), IWMI (Thailand, Sri Lanka), PACOS (Malaysia), (Muscat), Food Specialties (Dubai), Maersk (Kuwait), Mauritius Housing Bank (Mauritius) etc.

Author of Time and Life Management, which has sold more than 3,000 copies, she has also created a unique Time & Life Management Planner, which is being used extensively by many organizations. Anu has also created a trainers package on Time & Life Management. She is also a certified Executive Coach, MBTI certified and certified NLP practioner.

Being an Ashoka Fellow apart from working with the corporate sector, she has worked on projects on Women’s Health, Capacity Building of NGOs and Creating partnerships between Corporates and NGOs. Women Enjoying Life and Learning (WELL), a program she facilitates for women is something which is close to her heart.

She loves to read and write and when not training she loves being close to nature by taking walks in the rain, gardening and spending time with her pet dog Sufie.
