360 Degree Assessments   Aptitude Testing   Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

• Verbal Reasoning – Ability required for an author, copywriter, poet, salesperson, teacher, journalist, PR professional, etc.
• Numerical Reasoning – Ability required for auditors, CA, banking, etc
• Spatial Ability – Ability required for creative artists, photographers, designers, architects, etc
• Analytical Ability – Ability required for computer programmer, researcher, analyst, etc.
• Acuity skills – Ability required for computer programmer, researcher or analyst.
• Perceptual Reasoning – Ability required for scientific based careers such as researcher scientist, laboratory technician, veterinary surgeon, dietician, etc

Personality Test
This test is to find out your personality type. Your job must complement your personality to be rewarding and enriching in future.

Interest Inventory
This test is to identify your specific interests in different fields.

Following the tests, an individualized report is prepared. The report integrates the output of Aptitude, interest and personality mapping.

The report consists of:

• Detailed Personality Profile ,
• Score Sheet and Interest Analysis and
• Vocational implications, which highlight career choices.

This process of career planning culminates in the Counseling session.  The students along with his / her parents are invited for the counseling / dialogue session.

The purpose of the counseling session is to

• Explain the implications of the report.
• Get clarity about the career options given
• Share with the students options of where to pursue the given choices
• Encourage students to opt for the career that is best suited for him/her
• Identify and help the students in areas where they need to develop
