Pragati Leadership Institute

We believe that the source of all inspired leadership is ‘Awareness’. Thins quality in an individual makes them more responsive, creative, focused and energetic. Organizations yearn for such individuals in their team. Every employee too, aspires to grow and lead successfully.

Understanding that this need is prevalent for both the employer and employee communities, the Institute wishes to fill in this requirement with ‘open house calendar’ of learning inputs with a hands on approach.

Organizations are able to better plan their human resource training and development activities by identifying their requirement and matching with the Institute calendars.
