Mr Jaipreet Singh Gurditta

As a trainer Jaipreet excels in Leadership interventions and also enjoys Performance Management, Train the Trainer and Team Development workshops. His methodology involves classroom learning and outbound activities.

Jaipreet has played key roles in training for various organizations like EXL and Keane where he has lead Learning and Development interventions for the entire organization. As an Associate Consultant with Chrysalis HRD, Gurgaon he conducted training programmes in the areas of Performance Management, Leadership, Team Development, Train the Trainer, Customer Service and Business Communication.

Some of the clients he served are ABN Amro Bank, Hutch, ICICI Prudential, Standard Chartered Bank, Reliance Telecom, MNYL, American Express GIO, Cairn Energy, American Express and WNS.

A Hotel Management Graduate from IHM PUSA, New Delhi he went on to do his Diploma in Training and Development from Indian Society for Training and Development. He began his career with TGIF Restaurant and then moved on full time into learning and development roles with various organizations.
