Justin Rayne

Justin Rayne has over 19 ½ of years in the fields of Learning and Development, OD, IT and Business Development. He specializes in areas of Leadership Development, Senior Leadership Coaching, Team Building and Dynamics, Communication, Experiential Learning, Result and Change Management, Communication, Goal Setting and Focus Workshops, Motivation and Career-development.

He holds two Masters Degrees, one from Canada, an Honors Certification in System Management a Certification in Oracle 8i and is an IIM – Bangalore Alumni. He is also Certified in Advanced Facilitation by Dale Carnegie, Certified Skills and Behavioural Assessor, and Interviewer.

He has also worked extensively on 360 Degree Appraisals, Performance Management Systems, Employee Communication and Concerns, Design in Training programs and Systems, Assessment and Development Centres and BEI,

He has conducted Business Development programs on behalf of the Cambridge University London and INFORMATICS Singapore and is also certified in SSP (Selling Skills Program) from XEROX.

He has been affiliated with The Indian Institute of Personality Development and is on the panel of India’s Premier Experiential Training Outfit – Xperentia TM.

His high levels of energy and a unique blend of involving management philosophy, core people values and technology (when required) have created tremendous impact with his audiences and clients.

He is also a professional Singer/Songwriter and has released an album, apart from performing at concerts regularly. He is acclaimed for his vocal works on Elvis Presley, Bryan Adams and Bon Jovi. He loves reading, movies and is an avid Numismatist.
