With the vision to be one of the most effective facilitators and a keen desire to help people bring about a change in their lifestyle, Kalindi Bhat joined Pragati Leadership Institute as one of its integral members. She is a certified MBTI practitioner and a counselor.

She is a MBA from Pune University and a Certified Hospitality Trainer from American Hotel Motel Association and holds ISTD diploma in Training and Development. She has been a trainer for last 28 years.

She is a Quality Systems auditor with a high systems and process orientation approach. She knows exactly how quality in training impacts business processes and people aligned to them. She has audited several industrial sectors like Manufacturing, services, dairies, hotels, foundries, breweries, and bio – technology and functions like purchase, marketing, sales, production, quality, HR, Training etc… Kalindi’s core in auditing has been Service and Manufacturing organizations. She is also been the Ex-vice President for Indian Society for Training and Development, Pune. She is also an executive board member of Human Resource Development Network, Pune.

Tata Technologies, Merc, Principal Financial Group, Nokia, MTS, Indelox, Foseco, Forbes Marshall, Tata BP Solar, KSB Pumps, Kanbay, Foseco, Blue Star and CCE are just some of the organisations, which avail of her programmes.
