Kuku Singh

Kuku is the Director and Senior Consultant of Pragati Leadership Institute Pvt. Ltd. She has over 28 years of experience in Banking (ex Citi Banker), Training and Consultancy.

She has vast experience in Leadership Development, having worked with more than fifteen thousand people across 90-100 organizations. She is an Executive Coach to Senior and Top management executives, and has more than 300 hours of coaching experience.

Her expertise lies in designing and facilitating Leadership Interventions and Developing and training Trainers. She has done in-depth work in   building Leadership and Facilitation capacities in Organizations.

She has co- conceptualized and created the flagship offering of Pragati’s, Wholesome Leadership Development Process (WLDP).   Besides WLDP she has also created training packages on Communication Skills, Developing People for Excellence and Team Work. She is currently developing a Certification course for Trainers.She has scripted and directed a film on Performance Management.

She is a certified NLP practitioner and a qualified trainer for advanced level MBTI. She also holds a certificate in Simulations  from Langevin Learning Services ( Canada ).  She has worked extensively with leading Indian organisations like i-flex, SKF, Atlas Copco, Tata AIG, Duetche Bank, Johnson and Johnson, Dr Reddy’s, Voltas, Morgan Stanley, ICICI Prudential  to name a few. Internationally she has done work with Emirates General Petroleum Corporation (Dubai), MBT (UK), IWMI (Sri Lanka), CIMMYT (Mexico), among others.

Kuku’s energy level at work and her passion for  Facilitation and Development  set her apart and bring a high degree of enthusiasm to her workshops. She works deeply  on the concept  of Self Mastery as the roots  to  Excellence

As an individual she is passionate about empowering women, and has actively contributed towards various community development projects.
