Neena Wagh - Kamal

Neena has spent close to 10 years in the HR and Training field. She started her career with Indiacom Directories in Pune and later has worked with IT majors like VERITAS (now known as Symantec) and Oracle, Bangalore. She also has had a short stint with HR consultants Cerebrus. Being exposed to HRM, Training and Development and OD she has developed her strengths in people area.

She has facilitation experience for skills like Presentation, Communication, Interpersonal, and Time Management etc. She has also been a facilitator for Managerial Programs. She has obtained certificate as a Facilitator for Customer Support Professional Program. She is a certified facilitator for DiSC profiling and has also worked on various other Personality Profiling Tools.

Over the years Neena has also worked on OD tools like 360 Degree appraisal, Employee Satisfaction Survey and Performance Management Systems. She has been a core team member for leadership Development in her previous jobs.

She is a graduate in English Literature and has completed her Masters in Personnel Management from INDSEARCH (Pune University).

When not training she spends time traveling, reading and cooking.
