A R Phalpher Consultancy was born out of a dream to develop the talent of India, making it grow personally, professionally and socially. Aditya Phalpher, Director is an entrepreneur at heart and loves the challenges that come with it. A mechanical engineer and a management graduate, Aditya started his career with IFFCO TOKYO, but he gave it up to enter into construction business and simultaneously into the space of Leadership and People Development trainings.

Rieti Phalpher, co-founder and certified facilitator, has over 5 years of experience in Information Technology. After working with Infosys Technology and Indus Valley Partners as senior software consultant, she gave it up to pursue her desire to enable the talent today in channelizing their capabilities effectively and enable the organization today to retain and increase the strength of their valued talent pool.
