Dr. Niloufer Z. Aga

With a keen desire to serve individuals to achieve their highest potential, Dr Niloufer Z. Aga joined Pragati Leadership Institute as one of its integral members.

A PhD in Sociology, human interactions interest her a lot. Niloufer has been in the field of education for the last fifteen years. As an educator she has played a catalytic role in motivating and inspiring teachers through her teacher training programmes. She has been involved in numerous Educational Consultancy Projects in which she has worked as a Project Co-ordinator.

She is an expert in Systems Thinking (Level1 & 2) which is a new age theory and talks about the paradigm shift in the way one perceives or look at things. Her workshops have huge influence on the mindsets and other pre defined notions of the participants thus impacting their approach towards situations. She has also presented on Systems Thinking in Singapore.

Team building, Bonding for greatness, Time management, Communications skills and Conflict management skills comes very naturally to her and she uses Circle time and Theatre to make all this learning fun and engaging.

Clients who have benefited from her in recent past are Mylan, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Principal Global Services, BOSCH and Sigma Electric.

As a researcher, teacher and a guide she has varied experience and has been awarded with the NCERT award for “Innovative Teaching Techniques”. She is also a specialist in teacher training modules of Co-operative Learning. A certified NLP practitioner she has also done two levels of Reiki.

In her spare time she enjoys reading books and a complete foodie, she loves trying out new exotic recipes.
