Niloufer’s Expertise
Niloufer is certified in Six-Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment and a certification for Coaching from Fast Track Coach Academy. This enables her to interpret the assessments results and coach people in filling the gaps in low EI competency scores. She is also a Certified NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, who is also adept at motivating and inspiring teachers through Teacher-Training Programs. The feather in Niloufer’s cap though is her expertise in Systems Thinking (Level1 & 2), which is a new age theory and talks about the paradigm shift in the way one perceives or look at things. She has presented a number of papers on this topic in Singapore to an appreciative audience.

Over 18 years in the field of Education and Corporate Training. Niloufer’s dynamic and effective training style has ensured that her roster of clients boasts of names like Accenture Services, TVS Rubber, Ador Welding, Piaggio, SEMCO, Advinus Therapeutics, Atlas Copco, Bajaj Auto Finance, Honeywell Automation, ICICI Prudential, J P Morgan, Tata BP Solar and Vodafone to name a few.

Niloufer’s Persona
When you ask Niloufer to talk about herself, she’s likely to tell you that she that she is a post-graduate in Instructional Design and a PhD in Sociology. It is only when you prod her more that you will discover you’re talking to someone who has also done two levels of Reiki, is an avid reader, a complete foodie and an adventurous cook who loves trying out new exotic recipes.
That’s not all. As a researcher, teacher and a guide she has a treasure-trove of experiences and has been awarded with the NCERT award for “Innovative Teaching Techniques”. What gives Niloufer the ability to play catalyst is the fact that she has experience in the field of education and the corporate sector. This unique combination gives her the patience, empathy and ease to significantly enhance individual potential during interventions.
So how did Niloufer find her way into the Pragati family you may wonder? It was her keen desire to help individuals achieve their highest potential that prompted Niloufer to join Pragati Leadership and is today one of its integral members.
