Raj’s expertise Rajkumari has a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Management and is a Certified Competency Mapping Manager Raj’s experience Raj has over 20 years HR experience as HOD HR, in the IT and ITES industry. Her last corporate assignment was heading International HR Shared Services (IHRSS) at Tech Mahindra. She has been instrumental in designing and implementing the concept of SS, providing Tech M’s onsite employees, e to e HR support and framing new strategies for process enhancement/automation. During this stint, Raj ensured successful transition of the HR operations from 23 countries (8000+ onsite employees) to India, ensuring compliance with laws of the various geographies and its cultures. Raj’s highlight stint was at Fujitsu Consulting India Ltd., as initially as HOD HR and then HOD - Human Capital Development where she was primarily responsible for setting up the HR department, its strategy, growth and processes. While managing the change to meet the company’s steep growth curve during its acquisition and integration with Fujitsu, she was also a member of the Global HR Team formed to provide support in introducing new HR initiatives for development of Fujitsu companies along with Global HR Head, for its North American and Asia Pacific Regions. She has also served as HOD HR, Neilsoft Pvt. Ltd; Oceans Connect (India) Pvt. Ltd, E3R Info Systems Pvt. Ltd., ELock Technologies Pvt. Ltd (Asian Office) and as Centre Head, IT Training institutes like Weikfield Computer Academy & Mnemonics and ASTRA; institutes that created a niche in providing high end IT technical training for corporate such as Mercedes Benz, Bajaj Auto, Tata, Honeywell, Sandvik Asia, L&T, KPIT, VERITAS, Satyam, TELCO to name a few. Raj has also served for 4+ years as a Lecturer at the prestigious National Defense Academy. Raj the Consultant & Facilitator Raj was instrumental in designing the HRM specialization syllabus for the University of Wales program at TASMAC and has conducted workshops & Programs on Management & Behavioral Skills, at various Management Institutes like Symbiosis, Tasmac, Sinhagad, TMTC (Tata Management Training Centre) etc. She shaped the vision for critical Human Resource functions of HR Operations, Business and Strategic HR, Corporate Policies, CSR, Training and Development, Visa & Immigration, International Movements and Organization Development with a sharp focus on Leadership Development to build a competitive advantage for companies and benchmark them with the best practices in the industry. Raj’s persona A licensed glider-pilot with an international certification and a self-confessed dog-lover; plays the sitar – is a student of Ustad Usman Ali Khan, loves to paint, cook and meet people. An M.A, M.Phil and B.Ed, Raj is on the advisory board of Pia Institutes and a member of the National HRD Network, HR InfoTech (Pune) and NIPM.
