This 3 month program will help you to be a Certified Coach. It meets the ICF’s coach training requirement (60 hours of approved coach training to qualify for the first level of International Coach Federation (ICF) certification). The program helps you to build your skill sets and competencies for Coaching using the ICF’s 11 Core Competencies.

It will also help you to build the confidence and focus required as a new coach to be able to coach successfully. This program will give you ample practice on Coaching to enable you to coach your employees or offer coaching as a practice to external clients. It uses a judicious mix of “Eastern aspects of coaching” as well as “Western tools and techniques” that help us to coach.

Tele-coaching Course Framework

The weekly Tele-coaching sessions will be of two hours each. Spread over nine weeks, these sessions will be conducted either over phone or through WebEX – the fast and convenient online conferencing tool that enables better interaction. Besides enhancing your knowledge of coaching, the most significant advantage of using this method is that it also provides opportunities for you to practice coaching with your peer coaches.
