For whom: Pragati offers a three day Advanced Facilitation program for trainers with 5 to 6 years of experience in training or facilitation and who have previously attended any Train the Trainer program

The world is ever changing. Methods and techniques that were relevant 3 to 5 years ago may be obsolete today. Thus staying up to date is critical in order to maximize effectiveness. With new techniques and practices being implemented everyday, keeping up to date can be a problem.

For an organization to keep growing in today’s ever-changing environment, it is important to have trainers and facilitators to facilitate change and steer people to greater heights of excellence.

The program enables experienced facilitators to move from a space of ‘Doing’ and ‘Enabling’ to a space of ‘Being’. It is aimed at awakening the highest truth in our lives so that we as facilitators can act as pure channels of life’s own healing and evolving energy.
