For whom: This program is open to line managers and people who have a minimum of 7 years work experience in a business or facilitator role. Aspirants would be CHOSEN through a rigorous selection process, by the respective company.
The world has changed significantly, especially in the past 20 years. What used to be acceptable in the past is no longer acceptable today. People today care about different things, are better informed, better educated and better connected than ever before.
Due to improved awareness customers ask for changes, this forces organizations to keep on changing and learning in order to sustain, lead and keep pace with the changing external environment. Employees are the drivers who will help organization keep pace with changing environment and innovation. To direct employees there is need to develop leaders who can induce energy at highest level and sustain it.
What is needed therefore is a wholehearted leadership and followership more in the spirit. This program will serve to develop people into inspired and effective i-Catalyst (Jugnus) for their organizations. These change agents (i-Catalyst) will be the harbingers of enhanced:

Methodology
- Participants will learn through timely, practical research material, active class discussions, extensive group works and energizing exercises
- All participants will be given opportunity to see their life and tell their life story from a much bigger perspective – to see how all their experiences in life to date might have equipped them perfectly for their unique role in great turning
