What is Leadership Excellence in Action Program about?
Do you wish that your team recognizes the benefits of moving from a ‘managing’ mind-set to that of ‘leading’ by example? Then the LEAP intervention is what you are looking for. Post this intervention you will have a cohesive team that employs conceptual learning and techniques to thrive in client-centric decisive action. That’s not all. You will also be able to create a leadership team that enjoys better work-life balance and health as a result of wholesome development.
Program Objective
- Develop a conquering attitude in themselves that would enable them to look at possibilities in every situation
- Explore mindsets and strategies to work across boundaries
- Learn, imbibe and practice the concept of Wholesome Leadership
- Initiate a process for systematically developing second line leaders in the company
- Practice strategic thinking and execution through an outdoor simulation
Program contents
- 1) Preparation activities:
- Base line study
- Assessments (360o, MBTI, FIRO-B)
- Identification of Learning Objectives
- 2) Designing and Conducting the Workshop:
- Imbibing leadership mindsets and behaviors vital in the current business scenario and otherwise.
- Developing key leadership attitudes for enhancing personal power (Role model, Creativity, Risk, Positive Attitude, Trust and Appreciation)
- Building enriching relationships
- Service orientation
- Accountability and responsiveness, Coaching, Counseling people and Performance Review Discussion
- Situational leadership Practicing strategic thinking and execution through an out bound simulation
- 3) Review
- Monthly touch points (email / group calls, webinars- for a period of 3 months)
- Review (3 months after the workshop)
