Wholesome Leadership Development Process™ (WLDP)

In today's business environment, we need a very different kind of leadership that will succeed. The traditional models of leadership 'Command and control' or 'benevolent' can no longer be effective. In today's world, we need leaders who think, communicate and act in a more 'Wholistic' paradigm.

Pragati's well researched "Wholesome Leadership Development Process™" (WLDP) aims at developing leaders in the organization who can in turn catalyze a self sustaining process of developing other leaders. The program expands awareness which makes them more responsive, creative, focused and energetic.

WLDP™ focuses on the following 3 themes:

  • Self mastery and seeing wholeness is about understanding ourselves through self exploration, insight and the moving towards making conscious choices.
  • Relating to and developing others is about awakening in people to their intrinsic power, by channeling people towards a common goal and creating an environment which fosters learning and innovation.
  • Delivering value is about consistently creating and delivering the highest value to our customers through lean and innovative applications.

Pragati's wholesome leadership model has been shaped by over twenty five years of experience of working with more than fifty thousand managers in over five hundred and fifty organizations across different sectors. It is the result of a lot of research, experimentation and reflection aimed at creating a pragmatic and realistic process that would enable the creation of a "leadership pipeline".

This process is based on the optimal combination of executive coaching, class room sessions, outdoor simulation module and action learning projects. The premise of this process is that participants possess a deep understanding of their work processes. In order to provide sustainable learning, we keep them engaged by linking the training and development inputs with their work processes.

WLDP™ is for three levels:
