For whom: People who want to make career transitions
Choosing the right career is one of the most difficult and crucial decisions people have to make. It involves a number of factors such as what your strengths are, where your interests lie and the type of person you are. Career planning is the process of creating a blue print for your future through careful and systematic planning.
Pragati started The Good Work Center in 1989 with the aim of enabling the youth to get in touch with and focus on their natural strengths and real interests. We help them find the work they love by unfolding their talents and capabilities through Aptitude testing and Individual Vocational Counseling. We believe that a more aware and deeply connected youth will create a brighter global community.
