Ranjan Nehru

Ranjan is a Corporate Lawyer from a Pune based law firm, M/s Nehru & Co. He has been providing specialized and diverse legal services relevant to the needs of Corporate Business since the last more than 20 years.

His main areas Of Corporate Practice include Corporate Legal Perspectives concerning International and Domestic Business; Foreign Collaborations (Strategy, Structuring and Drafting); Intellectual Property, Conveyancing and generally all operational legal requirements in relation to Corporate Business and related laws.

Ranjan has also been involved in creating documents and contracts in relation to Operational legal advice to Software (involved in products or services) and Business Process Outsourcing Companies on legal compliances specific to their areas of activity.

He is a founding member and a Senior Executive Associate of the Institute of Arbitration & Mediation.
