Riya Arora

Riya is an Established Global Facilitator in the areas of Communication and Leadership Development. She is passionate about sharing life-transforming and personal effectiveness messages amongst groups and individuals through facilitating Learning Programs, Mentoring and other Developmental Interventions. Riya is also an Active Executive Member on the Board of the National HRD Network, Pune Chapter.

With a Management Degree in Marketing, Riya has a Trainers’ Certification from the British Council and an Assessment Centers Certification from T.V. Rao – the pioneers in Assessment. She is also a qualified MBTI practitioner.

She has spent 11 years with Capgemini (formerly Kanbay) where she developed learning content on the entire gamut of Communication and several areas in Leadership Development. She traveled across shores facilitating learning programs for the organization’s Associates in the US, UK, Singapore and India for the Leadership Enhancement Action Program. She also spent a lot of time Coaching Young Facilitators on various methodologies on delivering training to a varied audience. She created a Course on Giving and Receiving Feedback which was later converted to an eLearning Object. She has also spent two years of her time heading the Corporate Communications Function. Riya’s last responsibility at Capgemini was the Global Head of Assessment and Development Centers as a part of Learning & Culture. In her role, she designed, and managed the Project Management, Technical Architect and Business Solution Architect Development Centers. A huge strength of Riya lies in Relationship Building with her clients. Collaborating with clients to work through their business issues whilst creating optimal solutions as a Trusted Advisor.
