Stress Management

Programme Objective: Stress Management is a programme which would develop an awareness of stress and its causes. They would be equipped to identify personal root causes of stress and ways to reduce/ eliminate stress generating internal causes. This workshop would help them enhance self-care through right diet, exercise, breathing and relaxation and practice better mind control through meditation.
