Dr Sunit Bhatewara

A Consulting Psychologist & Facilitator, Dr Sunit is a PhD in Organizational Psychology, with a focus on Personality and Emotions. 

Dr Sunit specializes in Personality Assessment, Coaching and Facilitation in the area of Self Awareness, Interpersonal Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Innovation. He has worked with a number of multinational organizations, through his training programs and one to one coaching sessions.  Along with his academic training in Clinical Psychology, he has received training in various tools and techniques of counselling and self-development from institutes across the globe. Previously he worked at Tata Motors in the HR Training & Development.

As a researcher, he was awarded the ‘International Young Scholars Award’, which was given by Jacob's Foundation, Switzerland at the 2006 Biennial Conference of Society for Research on Adolescence at San Francisco, USA. He is the Founder of Way Research, which is active in diverse areas of Psychology like Organizational, Sports, Health, and Parapsychology.

He has presented nine research papers in national and international conferences. Five of his independent/collaborative research articles have been published in scientific journals and magazines. A member of Mensa International, Dr. Sunit was also a recipient of national scholarships.

Sunit is also a Poet, Writer, Actor and a Filmmaker. He has been involved in award winning feature and documentary films for direction / script / acting and research. Some of his poetry and prose have been published in national and international publications.
