Pragati also conducts Train the Trainer programmes for designated in-house trainers on conducting the customized training packages. The trainers are first exposed to the training programme as participants and then subsequently taken through a 2-3 days intensive programme to develop their capacity to deliver this programme internally. Video feedback is part of the methodology.

Robust follow up and Post Programme Engagement and Sustainability Process

There is growing appreciation of the fact that there needs to be significant change in the actions and behavior of people who attend a training programme. Impact and post programme sustainability is an important aspect of any training programme.

In order to ensure that both individual organizational action points (emerging from a training programme) are actioned, Pragati has put in place a robust follow-up and post programme engagement process.
