The purpose and aspirations of a company are best captured by the Vision and Mission that it articulates. Vision is the over arching purpose of the company that goes beyond its business numbers. Mission refers to the mechanism the company adopts for reaching this vision or purpose.

Programme Objective:

Pragati has the expertise to enable organizations to co-create their Vision, evolve their Mission and define their Values and related behaviors. Pragati also has the capability of designing a system that will enable these to be in-cultured in an organization. This is based on three pillars:

• Communication and Training,
• Structures to support the inculcation of Values, and
• Imbedding the values in HR/OD systems.

The methodology that Pragati adopts in evolving the Vision, Mission and Values is a creative and participatory process. It involves the Top Management Team and Key Stakeholders. After a preparatory phase, a 2 day workshop is held where the deepest aspirations of the team are captured in the statements of Vision, Mission and Values.
