Vivek Yatnalkar

He is probably the only one in his league to have charmed his contemporaries by pursuing ‘magic’ besides other things which reflects an enterprising, assertive and an ardent Vivek Yatnalkar.

A senior consultant with Pragati Leadership Institute, his credentials includes an M-Tech in Industrial Management from IIT Chennai. He has over sixteen years of corporate and training experience. He has worked both in India and overseas, in the areas of Manufacturing and IT (Development, Consulting and Project Management).

He has training expertise in a diverse set of areas such as Leadership Development Program, Creative Problem Solving, Making Impactful Presentations, Project Management (IT/ Business), Building and Motivating Teams, Developing People for Excellence, Train the Trainer, Interviewing skills, Managerial Effectiveness and Vision and Values roll out.

This aptitude has enabled him execute a variety of customised assignments  across various sectors like Insurance, Telecom, BPO, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Research, IT and Food Logistics in India and overseas (Dubai, USA & East-West Africa).

While he is not training he loves doing theatre. As a loving father he enjoys spending time with his kids doing magic tricks and being a kid with them. He routinely conducts workshops for needy youth in areas of soft skill development and career planning.
