Need

The Client had a pool of trainers who conduct training for different functions such as Sales, Customer Service, Credit & Collection etc.

As they are notformally trained trainers, a need was felt to build or enhance their capability. The objective was to upgrade and equip the trainers with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to conduct soft skills and behaviour skills training programs at the appropriate level internally.
