WHAT IS i-Catalyst™?

i-Catalyst™

is a programme launched by Pragati Leadership™ with the aim of identifying and nurturing transformation catalysts, and gears them for transforming ecosystems of organisations.

Like catalysts in a chemical reaction, they expedite the change process and magnify transformation outcomes.

Unique Methodology

  • i-Catalysts learn to envision and visualize the big picture through techniques and activities that sharpen their intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence
  • i-Catalysts learn how to facilitate highly complex people interactions and conversations, and steer them conclusively into decisions through Art of Hosting techniques
  • i-Catalysts initiate and complete Action Learning Projects that helps them apply the concepts learnt on real-life change projects within the organisation
  • i-Catalysts learn how to harness their inner spiritual energy through meditation. Meditation also helps them recharge and bounce back from stressful situations
  • i-Catalysts learn about emergence that helps them to deal with chaos and haziness, and work towards a coherent solution

Key Highlights about the i-Catalyst Programme

  • We identify high-performing individuals from various levels of an organisation and equip them with skills and techniques to facilitate and expedite radical transformation initiatives.
  • The i-Catalyst™ programme is partly a residential and partly on-the-job, and spread over a period of three months.
  • We work with the organisation’s executive leadership and sponsors to identify and define transformation outcomes, which would be assigned to i-Catalysts as Action Learning Projects over the course of the programme. The sponsors will jointly assess and evaluate participants on completion of the programme, before awarding them the title of i-Catalyst™.
  • After completion of the programme, i-Catalysts will steer the i-Catalyst Community of Practice that will continue to spearhead transformation and innovation, and champion social and community initiatives.
